First Let's set
This is your journey. What are your goals? What do you hope to accomplish? As your therapist, I will work with you to set those goals and map out a path towards reaching them. Therapy is about doing what is best for you.
Now let's WORK
Therapy is great but it is not always comfortable. In fact, some sessions are going to be quite uncomfortable because of the topics we discuss. However, some sessions are going to be so amazing that you don't want it to end.
IT'S UP TO you
You are the most important part of therapy. My goal is to help you discover your best path forward, not to tell you what to do. Change depends on what you want and how much you want it. I can help you do that.
